RESISTANCE TRAINING
As you might know, Resistance Training has long been a staple in many fitness programs. It is only been until recently that programs are also being tailored to special populations such as the elderly and those needing more therapeutic forms such as Pre and Post Natal. From using dead weights with proper body mechanics to using your own body weight to using implements such as the TRX Suspension Trainer or TRX Rip Trainer, pneumatic machines, BOSU balls, weighted ropes, tire tosses, and ViPR’s. Just about everything is explored and utilized with the proper prescription as to what the body can handle, then progressed over a period of time depending on a client’s goals and limitations.
Individual sessions = $95 an hour
3 sessions = $270
10 sessions = $850
20 sessions = $1600
30 sessions = $2250
