You see with every great trainer comes a great training program and do we have some for seniors! No exercise is overlooked but all are encouraged depending on the limitations whether real or perceived, under the guidance of a watchful eye. Essentially starting with endurance activities such as water aerobics, to senior boot camps involving low impact circuit training, to proper TRX Suspension Trainer use and dumbbell exercises progressed at the client’s leisure.

Again, we come to you! We pride ourselves on being mobile and therefore able to bring the workout to you. That said, all equipment is supplied by us. All you need is commit to a day and time, roll out of bed and we’re there to provide you with an awesome workout!
